Markex 2017 is a trade event targeted and aimed specifically at resellers of promotional products. If that's your market, you need to be there, you are more than welcome to attend. It will be held over a concentrated, action packed three days.
Markex 2017 is by invite only. A list of distributors will be provided closer to the show dates.
If you register online, you will receive an online confirmation which you can print out. Badges will be printed out at Markex registration.
When you arrive onsite, the registration area can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.
You need to got to the registration desk at the entrance and give the staff your name. They will locate your details on our database and issue you with a new badge.
There are two options for payment. You can pay online using your credit card; alternatively you can pay on-site at Markex registration using either cash or card. We are unable to process EFT payments, or provide invoices.
Yes, you are able to register on-site for the expo.
Yes, once you have received your badge you can return to any of the shows as many times as you wish.
Yes there is ample parking at Sandton Convention Centre or Nelson Mandela Square.
As Markex 2017 is a trade event, children under 16 are not permitted to attend the exhibition. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry into the exhibition.

Food stalls serving light snacks and refreshments can be found within the halls.
There are cash points located inside and outside the venue.

Yes, there will be designated wireless internet access in the hall. Wifi vouchers need to be purchased from Sandton Convention Centre.
Yes, you are allowed to take photos.
Yes, everyone at the event can post about the event on social media and you are welcome to use the #Markex2017 tagline in your posts.

You will be able to network with exhibitors and other delegates, tap into the African market, and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations. Also, there will be free-to-attend seminar theatre that will ensure you can access intellectual content while enjoying the privilege of sourcing the latest promotional products. There will also be a daily activity newsletter available that will include information on demos, functions and competitions exhibitors are running on their stands, allowing you to plan your visit to this year's show.

Information for visitors and exhibitors regarding a visa:

Persons requiring a visa to enter South Africa need to submit their application to the show team with all their necessary documents.

Please complete the VISA invitation form and send it back promptly.

For visitors, the issuance of a visa letter is conditional on the registration of an event ticket for the corresponding trade exhibition.
